INTERN (M/F) E-COMMERCE, 6 months

LOCATION: LUGANO

Tasks:

You are responding to our customers and helping to solve the issues via phone and email
You are advising our customers about our luxury products
You are informing our customers about our services regarding payments, shipments, returns, etc.
You are checking and processing the daily incoming orders
You are managing the incoming return requests
You are supporting our content management

Requirements:

Completed university degree in communications, economics or marketing or equal practical knowledge
Strong desire to work in the fashion industry in a young and motivated team
Reliability, flexibility and engagement
Bursting with creativity
Fluency in verbal and written English and German is a must
Positive charisma and work attitude
